Hey, i have a game that there is no recent NO-CD crack for, Sacred vs. 1.6.0.12, i used the Clone program and it said there was no protection, but everytime u load the game it has this cd verification thing that runs, is there some program that can by-pass that? or copy the CD correctly? (i tried using my own cd-burner and it didnt work)

it might be just plain old music tracks or data tracks... same one used in prince of persia 3d... clone took 45 minutes to read the cd... strongly recommend `liteon' writers... it's the cheapest and the best and recommend you upgrade to clonecd 5.0

my friend next door tried a xerox machine to copy his pirated cd and the copy is as good as the original... useless!

Hiaz, i have a problem here, i have this game "Return to Krondor" its an old game, althoug im really addicted to it.
I had the game cds that are 2 of them, and the 2nd cd, disapered, ive download it from Emule, now my problem its when the game askes for cd 2, i put it on the drive and it keep repeating "Please insert cd 2", they are the same version and have the proper label...
Why it wont work???

hello spy, well imho, the cracks that helps one play games from a copied cd... but still requiring the copied cd to be in the cd tray is much better than the ones which allow one to play the game without the cd in the drive, but these are hardly found nowadays. opinions of others seeked, cheers & sunshine... pupubhai

I had me image working ;sacred 1.2 and al120%
After the update (i think its 1.8) i cant get it working again,so i tryed to re-install whithout the update and it was still asking for the original cd ,then i got back to a restore date for me XP 2 days ago and installed only sacred 1.2 again from this image and failed again. :gun:

i have verstion 1.2 prest to my cd vertion of the game
the 1.2 no-cd dont work even the copy protect fix (from the main web sit for that stuff dont work just sez insert cd/dvd)

the only way i can fix the prob is bye uninstalling the game and deleleting the Deus Ex - Invisible War folder and reinstalling after i play the game again and try to Launch it i get the same prob.

why would a games company liet you buy somet like that is beond me

it seems that firefly studios has got smarter and switch from safe disc to securom, i bought the game but lost the receipt and box and SOL cause now the cd is too messed up and i have tried gamejack,alcohol,cdrwin and ClonyXXL to scan the game but Clony doesn't pick it up BUT Ray scanner picked it up as securom and i tried AntiBlxx and that almost ran the game then it stop. Tell you what, grab a book on Windows Programming, Win API's, programming for WinXP/2K/2003 etc, learn assembly and some C/C++ programming, get your head around Soft Ice, IDA or Olly to do some serious reversing, learn about CD protections and how they work, spend a few years honing your skills and learning how to crack and sharing this info with trusted friends or on other forums to gain more knowledge, then form a 'cracking group' and release a few cool games then everytime you see someone whining about why you haven't cracked this game or that game, just think about what you've had to do to be able to crack games and say to yourself "What a bunch of F*cking ungrateful W*NKERS!"

People, people, there are threads on this forum for cracks. Use the search option. I don't think it is that hard. And before posting check the three major sites please: www.gameburnworld.com, www.gamecopyworld.com and, of course, www.megagames.com. From what I see most of the posts here are off-topic, and those users should get a warning for not respecting the forum rules. The thing is that a no-cd crack takes time to create. You can start to put your request after two weeks since the release of the original or the newest patch. Take starforce protected games as example. It took almost a year to brake the 3.5 version. I dunno how long will be for v3.6. It took them a year to brake securom 7 and safedisc 4. Do you really think that flooding the forums with " I want a no-cd for " will get your crack any faster? Just have a little patience. Learn to use the workarounds where you can't find yourself the no-cd that you want. And keep it on topic.

no u have to do it sorry but starforce last ver. is so aggressive u can't beat it without pulling them out here is my method:

1)first of all u have to have original dvd to make a image from it or if u download it from somewhere, it should be with MDF extension AND exact size is 4.15 GB if it is not it won't work

2)softwares that u need are:daemon tools 4(to mount the image) , alcohol 120%(to make a image)

3)i put a mds file here when u make your mdf file alcohol will automaticly make a mds file next to it. just replace that mds with this file but remember u should change my mds FILE NAME to ur mds FILE NAME it's so important other wise it won't work (for example my file name is POPT2T_PLAY and if name of ur mdf file is pop2t u should replace my filename to pop2t)

4)before u mount the image u should unplog ur ide driver(s) both cable and power u should just have one ide driver only for daemon tool after it mount the mds file with daemon tool with RMPS option on
you can find this option in emulation > RMPS just this one should be on all others off

5)instal the game when it's finish it's gonna ask for restart do it

6)run the game it needs serial number put this serial number 8HVCM TJ7Q7 XCSAD RSND9 XACGX

7)BOOOOOOOOOOOOOM PLAY THE GAME

Ground Control 2 has securom 5. For protection analysis you want to use a-ray scanner. Clony is perfect for older games up to safedisc 3 and securom 3. For older games I recommend CloneCD. I've tried to clone my Wizardry 8 and Ultima 9 originals with alcohol and the result was a nice failure. Luckily, I was using rewrittables. CloneCd managed to make a perfect copy for those oldies. So I use them instead of my originals. Just use a-ray scanner for finding the protection and clonecd for older games. Alcohol goes very well with newer protections, but does not doing too well with games who are having bad sectors. Also the writter should be a LIte-on or a Plextor. They DO make Hard and Soft corrections.

I don't believe there's one released yet. Check the 3 big sites on a regular basis for your crack. If you want to try here (http://altavista.box.sk/) also, they usually have stuff, but do so with all malware software up-to-date and running.

According to the original post, this is not a place to ask for cracks, it's a way to help you design your own. If you want a game-specific crack, check the 3 main sites (GCW, GBW, and MG). If that search comes up empty, search the MGForums for previous posts on that topic. If that search comes up empty again, THEN post a new thread asking for help (if you're not willing to do some legwork checking the 3 sites mentioned above and previous posts in the forum, why should someone else?!). I don't know about everyone else, but seeing the "I need crack for [this] game" repeatedly gets frustrating (for example, I did a search for "POP" and there are 6 threads concerning POP:T2T). Sorry for my rant, but I feel that is a justified feeling.

Hi, I need a No CD crack for "Enter The Matrix" the two that I downloaded from www.gameburnworld.com didnt work right.
Or I just didnt do them properly.
This is what I do:

1. Download the crack.
2. Find target file from the properties menu on shortcut.
3. Right click-drag the crack (RAR file) and drop in the folder that the file is in.
4. Select "Extract here" from the menu that pops up when you release the mouse button.
5. Start the game and hope it works.

A fixed .exe file is a one-time solution, at least until the new update comes, in which case, it's a bunch of hassle: you have to replace the original before an update can happen (if they don't back it up, they have issues), and then you have to find another crack (which usually takes a while to create). I find the hassle not worth using those types of cracks, so I just use my originals, because it takes the same effort to load a disc that it does to swap mini-images. I have a little 12-disc CD carrying case on top of my tower (costs like $5-10), so I don't have to dig through my discs, and I never play more than a dozen games at once (usually only 7-8) lol. Another thing, most people also play console games, and they have to load the disc each time, so I don't really understand peoples complaint of "it's too much of a hassle to swap discs" haha ;)

Yeah, I convinced me self that it's easier with a good mini-image.With a no-cd you always have to backup files. Not with a mini-image. And I like digging through my discs. Bring backs games like Master of Orion 2 or Heroes of Might and Magic(yep, the first one) and when I see some of those oldies, I'm telling me self: what the hell, why not and start replaying them:D
As for Act of War: High Treason, there is no mini-image or no-cd solution for the new patch. And that patch came out in the week-end. Have a little patience and use the original until one will come out. If it comes, i will know.
Now back to the April event: Dreamfall is out. The sequel to The Longest
Journey finally made it to stores. But for me it's a few days wait until reach my country:(
