Xmen Origins Wolverine fix not work!

Hi there, Does anybody know of a no dvd fix for Xmen Origins Wolverine apart from the RELOADED one, it doesnt work for me just goes back to desktop before main menu appears saying xp encounted an error and needed to close.


Im running XP home SP3
With full installed original DVD

just after straight nodvd fix not mini image.

It's only the Reloaded one out and I can vouch that it's actually working. Update drivers, check if you have net framework 1, 2 and 3.5, the latest direct X, the visual c++ redistributable 2005 and 2008( yeah, modern games are requiring so many c..p programs to run). It also might have a problem with some codecs installed on your PC.

thanks for reply, Im pretty sure I have all those programs running as I dont have any probs with any other latest games, as for the reloaded fixed exe its about 50mb when extracted
but Ive come across another reloaded one with [2.0] written at the end of it, which is only 14mb extracted, havnt tried it yet, but maybe its a virus file.

has wolfrain or anybody else tried this one?

Nope, only the 50mb one. Besides the 50mb no-DVD, everything else should be regarded with suspicion.

I have the same problems too. But I use Windows XP SP2 and a full installed DVD.

Im also using the original DVD with full install

I dont think this game will run properly without Sp3, so you might want to install it.

anybody had any luck???

I've explained this already: the crack works fine. Played quite a few hours on XP with SP3. Also works fine on Vista SP1.
From what i read in the official sys requirements, the game should work fine on XP with SP2.

Update drivers, DirectX and, why not, run the Windows Update and install SP3. The game has a normal protection, involving CD-checks, so no intrusive c..p. I think it's a problem somewhere in the OS or dirvers area, or maybe something in the PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements.
