Crack for Total Overdose

can anybody help me. in recoil after getting the hover technology , i am unable to dive deep and am surrounde by four walls.

It doesn't work and I konw why, but I don't know how to fix the Problem. I tell you now, what I did.
1. made an image
2. hid the virtual devices
3. TRIED to set the compatibility to Windows 2000. But I can't. When I click right on the TOD.exe and go to Properties, there is no Tab with "Compatibility". I use Windows 2000. Is that the Problem?? Can I play the game without the CD anyway??
4. I use Anti-Blaxx which gets a Runtime-Error if I try to start the game then.

Plz help me.

P.S.: Diranar, your Mini-image got a virus
I also tried your Mini-image you attached once in one of your posts and it doesn't help either.

Plz help me! I really want to play this game without the CD!

My Mini-Images Never have viri, maybe one of the internet sources, but my own made attached files are clean!

Yep, the first was clean, but the Website you posted had a Mini-image with a virus. But, whatever... can you help me with my prob.??

emmh.. okey! I bought the game yesterday together with a friend of mine! Therfore I wanted to make it possible to play it without the DVD!
First I installed it, and then i made a backup file with Alcohol 120%! I use daemon tools and Virtual-Cd-Hide, I have also set the compatible mode on TOD.exe and Totaloverdose.exe to Windows2000. But nomather what I do, I get the same message : "Original disc could not be found or authenticated"

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? I Really want to play the game without the dvd!

Please PM me or answer in this thread!

p.s ! Is Anti Blaxxx totally safe? I read some articles saying that it could f*ck up your cd/dvd roms!

i was lookin at the game fixes and i see mega games has a BackUP cd for totaloverdose.

I get the message: "A required security module cannot be activated... "
But I can't set the compatibility to Windows 2000 because I HAVE Windows 2000. What can I do??

Tell you what, grab a book on Windows Programming, Win API's, programming for WinXP/2K/2003 etc, learn assembly and some C/C++ programming, get your head around Soft Ice, IDA or Olly to do some serious reversing, learn about CD protections and how they work, spend a few years honing your skills and learning how to crack and sharing this info with trusted friends or on other forums to gain more knowledge, then form a 'cracking group' and release a few cool games then everytime you see someone whining about why you haven't cracked this game or that game, just think about what you've had to do to be able to crack games and say to yourself "What a bunch of F*cking ungrateful W*NKERS!"

I am not going to whine about my situation, but then again it is really really REALLY frustrating having a game that you bought fare and square together with your best friend, and there is no cd crack available! aka I cant play the game i bought!! okeyokey! I am whining! But whatever! I just want to say that I totally agree with you!:dozey:

Total Overdose isn't worth it, if you want a cool action - adventure like game then Play Gta San Andreas.

Excuse me if, but i really need help about this game, ive tried everything. My virtual cd hide wont hide my virtuals, its beginning to be anoying , ive tried downloading 2 diffrent games. And i have even bought it from a friend. but it still wont work. Ìsnt there any other program that can hide virtuals? plz im desperate!

Thanx for all the advice from everybody! I tried everything and only one woked for me:

1. Install Alcohol 120% 1.9.5.3105
2. Enable RMPS emulation in Alcohol 120%
3. Mount image with Alcohol 120% and install
3. Use SR7.Stop to hide virtual drive with image inserted
4. Run game from desktop shortcut

After a few hours of frustration.. the simplest method worked for me..

In Most Cases the simplest solutions are the best.

black screen

I have the same problem - the game runs but instead of any menu or sth there's only a black screen which dissapears after a second and then there's windows screen again.

Do you know the reason of that and what should I do to fix it?

Does your game work with the original disc in the drive?
