Garry's Mod/HL2/CS:S/etc... Error after some time...

    Hello and this is the error wich many people had...The problem is my Garry's Mod won't start.I got an (attached thumbail).HL2 works fine.When I first started Gmod then it worked.But suddenly WTF?!That error appears... :angryfire:angryfire:angryfire

    Are you trying to play GMod with or without Steam? The error you posted is a generic coding error and could be a number of things, if your trying to play it through Steam I would suggest taking it up with Valve.

    Just to get the obvious out of the way but have you tried reinstalling GMod/HL2 Steam or whatever?

    I use without steam because steam is annoying.Yeah i have reinstalled.And I use Gmod 10.

    Anyway...I found some steamemu.ini and I have removed it.My Gmod worked!

    Well i'm glad you got it working, playing steam based games without Steam can be hit and miss at times.

    I know that garrys mod was free at one point but with their newest version you have to pay, can you still dowload the older FREE versions or do you have to go with the newest one?
